2. Enterprise Software License

Our software is provided under a highly specialized, non-exclusive enterprise license. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of our proprietary AI models.
• Distribute, sublicense, or resell our APIs to third parties without explicit written consent.
• Use our platforms to build competitive automated models.

3. Data Privacy & Security

We take data privacy incredibly seriously. All data processed through our edge inference nodes remains entirely within your secure VPC. We guarantee a strict zero-trust architecture. We do not use your proprietary data to train our foundational models.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lunamic and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of our services.
